In my new role as a product test engineer, a key responsibility involves learning and understanding the various methods of implementing powder coating using our equipment in an optimal way, based on the specifications for each customer’s product. Additionally, I have the following responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the complete testing process of powder coating equipment, from preparation and
parameter adjustments to coating the product according to specifications.
2. Learning to operate the robot manually to teach it different movement patterns based on the
given parameters and product shape, and creating basic movement sequences using Python
programming.
3. Maintaining and repairing the coating booths and powder coating equipment used during
testing.
